Kayak Dolly or Cart

This kayak cart for my Mill Creek 16.5. Made from an inexpensive metal hand truck (Harbour Frt. $19)
With a 4" angle grinder/cutter cut away the top part (handle) and the bottom plate off. What is left is the cradle frame and wheels. Now tie straps with snap buckles to attach around the kayak and cover the metals contact areas with pipe insulation commonly used in house air conditionin systems.
I saw this idea somewhere on the internet but can't remember where. Total cost about $30.00.
