Houseboat Rentals are a great
boating idea. A houseboat vacation can be taken for a few days, or weeks at a
time. Take the time to explore many lakes and rivers. Relax on the
deck, ski, drink a few cold ones. It is a great time for everyone, so rent
a houseboat. It is a once in a lifetime experience with a houseboat
vacation. There are many lakes to enjoy. Lake
Powell Houseboat Rental, is a great place to visit.

It is your site now.

I built this site with grand intentions. Unfortunately, like a little kid who puts more cake on his plate than he can possibly eat, I have taken on more than I can manage.

Since all the functionality is here, the only real thing missing is a few boat builders who are looking for a place to record their project and share their research.

With that in mind, I'll leave the site running. If you have any questions or requests, please feel free to email me at joe@boatbloggers.com.

Learn more about this site from our welcome page.

Revolutionary Portable Boat

 Hello!

I developed and patented, in 1997, a personal aquatic vehicle, that can easily become a multi-
user boat. It competes directly with kayaks, canoes, skiffs and indirectly with jetskis, pedal
boats and any other vehicle of same size. Due to its maneuverability, it creates new concepts
of watercrafts competitions. It is the most portable of all small aquatic vehicles.
Bic sport made a kayak (yakka) with the same concept and design, but it didn´t reach the real
revolutionary essence of my vehicle. Yakka even won the Paddler´s Pick for innovation award from Paddler Magazine - January/February 2006!

Kayak Dolly or Cart

This kayak cart for my Mill Creek 16.5. Made from an inexpensive metal hand truck (Harbour Frt. $19)
With a 4" angle grinder/cutter cut away the top part (handle) and the bottom plate off. What is left is the cradle frame and wheels. Now tie straps with snap buckles to attach around the kayak and cover the metals contact areas with pipe insulation commonly used in house air conditionin systems.
I saw this idea somewhere on the internet but can't remember where. Total cost about $30.00.
